This safari gives a great insight into Kenya’s diverse landscapes, worlds famous Bird Sanctuary of Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara- Kenya’s most popular game park, with the possibility of seeing all the big five and many other species of game. This is where the great wildebeest migration is a spectacle to behold for any would be visitor to Kenya mainly in July to October of each year, a comprehensive wildlife trail safari.

Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi

You will be met on arrival by our representative. Transfer to a city Hotel for an overnight BB

Day 2:Nairobi-Samburu

Breakfast, early depart to the more dry areas north of Mount Kenya and reach Samburu National Park. Arrive around lunch time .Samburu is known for its unique wildlife which are either found only in Samburu or are rarely found in other places like Grevy zebra, the Reticulated giraffe, the Gerenuk and the Oryx –.

Depart for the afternoon game drive. Return to camp before sunset.

Day 3: Samburu

Spend another day in the Samburu Reserve, either with early morning / afternoon game drives or enjoy a full day out with picnic lunch – your choice!

Day 4: Samburu -Mount Kenya

Breakfast and early start, drive through the impressive landscape of the Samburu and Borana people towards the cold slopes of Mt.Kenya.

Arrive for lunch.

After lunch you may decide to take a short forest walk within the lodge.

You may also relax on the terraces watching the snow capped peaks of Mt.Kenya

Day 5: Mount Kenya-Olpejeta Ranch

Breakfast and then depart for Ol Pejeta ranch in Nanyuki. Arrive in time for lunch.

Here there is a chimpanzee orphanage which you will visit in the afternoon. You will be given a chance to donate towards conservation of Chimpanzees.

Day 6: Olpejeta Ranch-Lake Nakuru

Breakfast and then depart for L.Nakuru National park, home to millions of flamingoes and a bird watching paradise.

Arrive in time for lunch.

Day 7: Lake Nakuru-Masai Mara

After breakfast depart for Masai Mara through the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy the plains and savannahs of Africa.

Arrive Masai mara for lunch,the worlds leading wildlife protected area with highest wildlife density and diversity. Home to the annual great wildebeest migration
